Abstract: She's grown up before our eyes and now, after seven years, actress Chloë Grace Moretz is moving from her lovely home in Studio City.

Moretz bought the five-bedroom, six-bathroom LA stunner in 2016 for $3.4 million when she was just 19 years old, according to Dirt.

And it recently hit the market for nearly $6 million, with a final sale price of $5.65 million, which means a sweet deal for the 26-year-old.

Curious about how the young and successful in Hollywood are living these days?

Here's an inside look at the private oasis Moretz is selling

The 6,700 square foot Spanish-style home is set on half an acre and features a double-height great room with a fireplace.

A cosy study, theatre and plenty of bedrooms mean there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather and entertain.

The kitchen has been recently refurbished and has a large island, breakfast nook and enviable luxury appliances.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a sitting area, fireplace, two walk-in wardrobes and a spacious bathroom.

Got a big event?

The property also comes with a separate studio with its own kitchenette.

There is space for several cars in the garage and ample parking in the fenced yard.

Outside there is a large patio, living room, fireplace and kitchen, as well as a swimming pool and spa, all of which are a must when living at La La Land.

Moretz is known for her roles in the remake of Carrie, the superhero movie Kick-Ass and her current role in the Amazon Prime series The Outer Limits. She has also voiced the character of Wednesday Adams in two animated films, The Addams Family.
