Abstract: Matt Roloff has once again relisted his Hillsboro, Oregon property, this time at a significantly reduced price.

The 8,938-square-foot home will be no stranger to anyone who has watched the long-running reality show on TLC.

The five-bedroom home debuted on the market last June for $4 million and is now listed for $3.395 million. However, the home was pulled from the market in October due to lack of interest.

Last autumn, Roloff opted to use the property as a holiday rental for the time being, posting the news on Instagram. His personal life has also begun a new beginning. The reality star was engaged to his longtime girlfriend - a former employee of Roloff's farm - the New York Post reported in April.

But he's changed course again, and must be hoping the lower price this time will attract a buyer. Maybe fans of the show will fancy the discount.

The 16.6-acre parcel is just one part of the family farm's total 109 acres. Built in 2008, the five-bedroom home features custom woodwork, many built-ins and vaulted wood ceilings.

The oversized kitchen features an oversized island with granite countertops and a prep sink. The adjacent family room has a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and sliding doors to the spacious covered rear deck overlooking the pool.

Near the ground floor is a master suite and two separate offices. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, a guest bedroom and home theatre.

Located just minutes from downtown Portland, Oregon, this huge property boasts a six-car garage, multiple bridges and walking trails.

One of the most unique amenities on the property is the replica Old West town with a saloon, jail, post office and general shop. There is also a miniature stone castle - and why not?

If the buyer is creative and imaginative, the possibilities for this charming estate are endless.

The next owner could even convert the 3,500 square foot red barn into an office, a production studio, or as a unique rental property.
