Abstract: Rapper, actor and TV host Alvin Nathaniel Joiner - known professionally as Xzibit - is hoping to find a new owner for his luxurious home in the Los Angeles suburb of Porter Ranch.

The luxurious home was recently listed for $3.85 million.

Xzibit purchased the 5,710-square-foot place for $2,436,000 in 2017, when it was brand new. And, it appears to have been kept in pristine condition.

The home was originally listed in July 2022 for $3,995,000.

The home is located in the gated community of Westcliffe, about half an hour from Hollywood - a favourable location for anyone wishing to avoid the paparazzi.

Situated at the top of the hill, the five bedroom, six bathroom space looks out over the valley below.

The chic house is situated to maximise the views, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, balconies and retractable glass doors.

While the exterior is Mediterranean in style, the interior is sleek and contemporary, with imported Italian stone, tiled roofs, crystal chandeliers and an open floor plan.

The entrance makes a spectacular first impression with a curvaceous sitting area and glass-walled wine room, and a wide staircase rising to the gallery.

The kitchen is equipped with bespoke designer cabinetry; a waterfall island; and top of the range stainless steel appliances.

While the two-storey interior is impressive, it is the outdoor area that really shines.

There is a swimming pool with swim-up bar, a spa with a fire pit, and a water feature.

At one end is a pool house with a full outdoor kitchen, bar and flat screen TV, which can be seen from the pool.

There are several outdoor seating and dining areas, one of which has a second TV and a built-in table, and a fire feature.

If that wasn't enough to wow guests, there is an upstairs terrace with views of the valley and a fire feature, as well as another outdoor kitchen.

The 48-year-old rapper released his first studio album 'At the Speed of Life' in 1996.

Xzibit has also had a successful television career, hosting "Pimp My Ride" and appearing in "Hawaii Five-0" and "Empire". He has also appeared on the big screen, in '8 Mile', 'Off the Rails' and 'The X-Files'.
