The main house feels like something you might see on the Cape, but it's right here in Los Angeles. An open floor plan offers a quaint living room, and dining room, as well as a custom built kitchen boasting quartzite countertops, stainless appliances, and Nostaligia stove. Guest bedroom and bath are conveniently located off the main living space. There is a pull down staircase, which leads to the charming loft, great for a guest bedroom, meditation room, or playroom. The primary suite offers ample closet space and an en suite bath with double vanity, terrazzo floors, and spacious shower. The guest house offers a modest bedroom, stylish bath with more terrazzo and a closet/kitchenette for the guest who is staying a while. The original garage was thoughtfully converted into an office/smoothie bar/workout studio offering a custom herringbone wall design, barn doors, filtered water, fridge, 220v, laminate floors for easy cleaning, and a counter for outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area rests under blooming grapevines a plenty, and cafe lights. On the opposite end of the property there is a great dedicated space perfect for bocce ball, framed in by guava vines along with an outdoor shower station ideal for a rinse after a dip in the cedar hot tub, or to wash the pooch! A Tulum-esque lounge area with a loveseat swing calls you to hunker down and relax with a good book before friends arrive to gather around the fire pit.
