This beautiful home in The Canyon 55+ community sits on an amazing large parcel giving views from all directions. There are only a hand full of spaces with this open feeling.Large windows everywhere, laminate flooring through most of the home. The kitchen is wonderful with lots of counter space and pantry space. The views from the windows are especially nice. The light filled area for the great room is amazing with French doors leading to the patio on one side and the front door entry on the other side. Plenty of windows to enjoy the beautiful yard and mountain views.The guest room has a door directly to the bathroom as well as one in the hallway. The den sits off the hallway in a huge space that can be an office or den. The master bedroom is light and airy with the blinds and shades open but nice and dark when needed. There is a nice walk-in closet. The bathroom is very large. You will experience wonderful privacy in this home and yard.Be sure to visit the office and ask for an application. You must prove three times the monthly rent income (social security, pension or a job) and have f FICO score of at least 740. One dog is allowed under 20 pounds unless it is a service dog. This community has many activities offered if you like to participate and meet other residents. Pickleball, shuffle board, billiards, cards and other special events. If you had visited this community a year ago and met the managers...they are gone. We all love our new managers
