Wow Wow Wow!!! So Many Upgrades in this Senior Complex. See my list below. This is also a 2023 Beautification Award Winning Home. This beautiful home has also been nominated multiple times for the same award most recently winning in 2023. They Professionally had it Landscaped. I must say I love this park. The Beautiful Lake, the Fountain, the Pool & Spa, the Club House with a huge meeting room for events, the Library and Pool Tables, and gated access. What a bargain! Thousands and Thousands of Dollars in upgrades. The Water Heater was replaced in 2023. The exterior was just repainted about 6 years ago. Here is a list of most of the major upgrades done in about 2014. Composition Roof, Double Pane Vinyl Windows, Heating and Air Conditioning System, Pex Water System Repipe, Entire Master Bathroom with Double Sinks and Shower, Skylight, Second Bathroom Countertop Sink and Toilet.
