This may not be the biggest cabin in the woods but it is sure one of the nicest. At under 400 sq/ft, it qualifies as a "tiny house" that is so popular these days. Because of the open floor plan, the light color of the tongue and groove interior, the skylight, the open beam ceiling, and the many windows, this cabin seems a lot bigger; not to mention the light and "airy" atmosphere inside. There is a covered front porch that is perfect for relaxing on. The kitchen has been upgraded. (You should see the BEFORE pictures!) The door and cabinet handles look like they were made from antlers . (They are probably not real antlers, so no deer harmed in the remodel of this kitchen). The kitchen also sports a great, old time propane stove and has Corian countertops. Vintage, but well maintained, wood flooring adds to the appeal of this cabin. There is a wood burning stove that will take the chill out of the air or set the stage for a quiet evening. Some firewood is included in the sale. Cabin has a small, portable propane tank and a tankless water heater. There are two, 200 gallon, water tanks and a portable, 100 gallon tank, that will be included in the sale. The bathroom currently has an RV style toilet as it uses less water and does not have the same problem of freezing in the winter like a conventional toilet. Cabin will come mostly furnished complete with a nice recliner and a LaZboy hide-a-bed. There are no electric lines to get in the way of your view as the lines are buried underground. I think you will fall in love with this one, if you haven't done so already. Cabin is on Forest Service leased land. There is a yearly lease fee. There is no short or long term renting allowed and these will need to be cash sales. Other restrictions and guidelines can be found by asking for the Forest Service Use Handbook. Agents can find the handbook in the Supplements section.
