Approx. 78.6ac of Peaches with TID surface water (Class I) and two on site ag wells means you will never run short of water. The farm offers diversity in both water and peach types; the freestones are 19ac of Kaweahs (2015) and 19ac of Fairtimes (2016), the clings are approx 34ac of Stanislaus (2024) receiving a bonus for the extra early varietial. Both peach types enjoy termed contracts and are planted to 18' x 12' spacing on either dual line drip or micro-sprinklers. The two ag wells are both 14 inch casing with one at 335 ft in depth while the other is at 290 ft in depth.
