Great location and tons of potential! Property includes two assessor parcels, each 30.28 acres zoned Agricultural Transition Zone. The zoning, along with property's proximity to Highway 162 and the Willows Airport, creates potential for division into smaller (10 acre +/-) parcels for residential estate type development, or could be utilized for orchards or row crops. Currently utilized as a horse training facility, with an emphasis on harness racing, the property has one large metal, "pole barn" type structure of approximately 120'x180' dimensions. This building provides cover for two rows of horse stalls, one at the north end, and one at the south end. There are approx. 34 12'x12' stalls, as well as storage. Also under roof is a concrete, in-ground circular exercise pool for the horses (complete with concrete ramp) and a Centaur FreeFlow Equinecisor.
