This extremely peaceful property is located in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. This well maintained cabin comes fully furnished and features a downstairs master bedroom, spacious second bedroom in the loft upstairs, bathroom and an open kitchen and living space with a woodstove. All appliances are propane operated. Water is fed from a pond, natural spring. Water from the spring goes into 1100 gallon storage tank and is gravity fed to cabin. Solar panels and backup battery provide power at night. Power is 110V power. Other amenities include a shower room with water heater, and storage units. Public utilities are not available. No cell service. Possibly satellite phone or HughesNet. Minutes to Philbrook Lake. The Roads are unimproved to get to the cabin. Fall, spring and summer access is by SUV or truck. Winter access is limited. by snowmobile or side-by-side with tracks. Elevation is 6200 Ft.
