Step Back in Time to a very charming cabin celebrating 100 years old on Palomar Mountain. So much to love with the cedar interior and big stone fireplace. The vintage touches include log trim, the very beautiful open beam ceilings, an arch above the bookcase, French doors to the larger bedroom with a wall of windows. It's just like living in a tree house! Vintage appliances and furnishings ... just oozing with old-fashioned cabin charm! You'll have a newer roof, septic was updated but the rest is very original with single pane windows, exposed wiring and plumbing. You are going to want to roll up your sleeves, get out those tools and make updates and repairs or bring your contractor up. Single wall construction so I don't have a lender commitment for a loan - looking for a cash buyer. With frontage on Bailey Meadow Road, there is great Four-Season access when the snow is falling. Also, a lower road takes you right to your very special garage (for the smaller cars of a century ago) and workshop area that reminds me of Grandpa's favorite place to be.
