Amazing newer 1988 built house, in a quiet area of the South Bay (no airplanes above as in huge parts of Torrance, Hawthorne, El Segundo, etc), with Spanish clay red tile roof (much more energy efficient than most roofs, keeps the house warmer in winter, cooler in summer, lasts forever). Since it was built after 1978, it is free from lead and asbestos, unlike most LA metro area houses built before 1978. House got many upgrades last 1-10 years which include: 5 kWh high-quality SolarWorld German-made solar panels (paid), new electric panel 200 A instead of the 100 A old one, new AC vents, and roof insulation 2017, new garage door (all metal, durable, unlike the wood one before), new paint, 4 new doors inside the house (more sound proof), new triple and double pane windows for all 6 bedrooms, new toilets, new furnace, and AC in 2014, new AC fan motor, permits for previously built 280 sq ft sunroom from former owner bringing total permitted sq ft to 2600 over last sale in 2013 (280 is not living space, just a sunroom to relax), new pipe connectors for toilets and sinks, new washer dryer, 2 new permitted rooms downstairs, 6 car parking spots (2 garage and 2 sideways and 2 in front of garage for guests). Van Buren Ave offers easy street parking for more guests if needed, unlike most South Bay.
