Owner is allowed to live or visit 5 months out of the year, with no check in or check out. Big Bend resort has a basketball court, pickle ball, horseshoes, volleyball. large club house, large pool and jacuzzi, and a restaurant, store and boat ramp. Unit has covered car and boat parking and a larger lot. New water heater, shower stall and shower faucets, bathroom sink faucet, water purifier, stove top. Most furnishings are included. Unit comes with 2 newer ac units and has large storage shed. I love the views of the river and Buckskin mountain. I can sit on my front porch and see the river. In the evening or anytime, I can go outside and light a fire. The living room has a 8 ft. couch I can lay on to watch t.v.. It also has a dual recliner which puts you about 12 ft, from the screen. Golf cart makes it easy to get to the jacuzzi. pool, and rest of the park. Rec. rm has large tv and pool table. There are regular events like bingo and hiking in the winter. The storage shed is large enough to hold boat supplies, tools, rafts, etc. This is a great place to have company, under couch pulls out for guest sleeping. Water and trash are included in the monthly space rent. If you pay for the full year as we do you can get a month free! The resort also has 2 really nice beaches. Last but not least very friendly people. Parker is about 20 minutes away. and Lake Havasu 10 minutes across the dam. The rest you just have to experience.
