Welcome to 3000 The Plaza. The residents are greeted by well-trained staff to assist with package pick-up, food delivery, and authorizing access to resident guests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon entering unit 3072 on the 7th floor there is a warm welcome in the foyer before walking into the kitchen, which boasts new appliances. The living room feels so cozy with an electric fireplace and can feel extended as an indoor/outdoor space since the patio can fit an outdoor sectional, chairs, and tables. The bedroom has plenty of closet space. a full walk-in closet is paired with a coat closet, which can fit shoes, purses, and scarves. The master bathroom has a full size soaking tub that is perfect for relaxing evenings.
