Both the kitchen and Banquet Room B open to the huge covered Santa Maria style BBQ pit where you can take the party outside to enjoy the coastal air and mild temps averaging 63-70 degrees year-round! As if that wasn’t enough, additional features include ADA compliant bathrooms, caretaker’s quarters, and lots of paved parking including handicap parking spaces and spaces dedicated for motorcycles. Serviced by a private well with 15,000 gallon water storage tank, pump house, and detached garage/shop. The property is zoned AG & REC, which allow for a wide range of uses.
