FYI: Here's a "sneak peek" at your future luxury living and resort-like lifestyle after you move into 4231 Sunnyside Avenue. "DEAR DIARY... MONDAY MORNING woke up early to get in my "laps" in the saltwater pool and then rinsed off in the outdoor shower. Plenty of time left to head into the studio behind the garage to meditate and do some yoga:) Now... WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST? Maybe pick some fresh fruit from the yard? Hmmm... There are so many choices - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, Meyer lemons, mangos, blood oranges, apples (Granny Smith and Anna's), avocado, Fuji persimmon, pomegranate, and passion fruit to choose from. Decided to keep it simple and go with avocado toast with some berries:) Sooo yummy:) Time to get to work in one of the two downstairs bedrooms that I converted into my home office. I prefer the one with a window that faces our quiet, tree-lined street. Love watching the neighbors strolling by with their dogs:) At 1:00pm, I had a LUNCH MEETING so I took a short stroll (1/4 mile) to the nearby "Villa Marina Marketplace. It was a tough choice between my two personal favorites: "Irori Sushi" and "J.Nichols Kitchen." Having too many great options is not the worst problem to have:) Lol:) After the workday was done, decided to wind down with 30 minutes in the sauna. It's a super-awesome stress reliever. DINNER TIME!! Considered heading out to one of the myriad, nearby, awesome dining options but since it was such a beautiful evening, decided to BBQ some fresh food and dine "al fresco" on the back porch. It was delightful dining while watching the delicate sunset:) Sometimes I have to pinch myself to see if I am dreaming... How great is my home? :)))) TUESDAY thru THURSDAY: Mostly rinse and repeat from Monday:) TGIF! Invited some friends over... I can't get over how easy it is to entertain here with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The oversized sliding glass doors lead from the interior open floor plan right into the outdoor paradise:) Everyone had such a wonderful evening... IT'S THE WEEKEND!! Yay:) Decided to take my dogs to the nearby Glen Alla Dog Park that's only one mile away:) Then we headed out to the Ballona Wetlands - It's so beautiful to be immersed in nature less than one mile away from home sweet home. In the afternoon, I invited some neighbors over for a pool party and to relax in the sunken spa. Great conversations around the fire pit with the water feature creating a peaceful ambiance. MAYBE NEXT WEEKEND it would be great to play pickleball at one of the four nearby courts, or maybe take a bike ride along the Playa Strand/Rockweiller Beach. What the heck... Why not do both:) SEIZE THE MOMENT! This luxury living and resort-like lifestyle are yours for the taking!! WELCOME HOME to 4231 Sunnyside Avenue in this beautiful pocket in the community of Del Rey:)
