Location, location, location. Imagine owning a gorgeous dock in a gated, private marina. This dock is 24 feet long and 10 feet wide. It will accommodate a 26-foot boat. Not only do you get two parking spaces, clean restrooms, and your own dock box, but there’s round-the-clock video surveillance. If you enjoy fishing, there are fish cleaning areas. It gets better; the 4th of July is one of the best holidays on the mountain. Beautiful fireworks displays start over the lake at Lake Gregory.
