Air conditioned cabin complete with bathrooms and a kitchen area, although travelers tend to go for the propane stove or over the fire cooking on one of three fire pits. The west side of the cabin has a small room which was used as a private movie area or extra pull-out bed bedroom when guest were over. Although the cabin is not currently used as a short term rental, it had a lucrative past as an AirBnb before the owner decided to remove it. The best part about the cabin is the multiple patios used to admire sunsets and sunrises. The original patio is just in front of the main bedroom, with a door granting direct access. This makes for a perfect place to soak in the first rays of the morning sun with coffee, and if you have guest then the bigger eastside patio becomes the ideal spot, even for afternoon barbecues. This eastside patio was added in 2023 and is complete with functional electrical outlets, lights and ceiling fans in the vinyl patio cover that is sure to last decades. Recent upgrades also include a bathroom and shower detached from the main cabin in an outhouse type setup, and the eastside concrete patio itself which was also completed in 2023. There's another concrete slab also completed in 2023, which is closer to the center of the property which is big enough to be considered a helicopter pad. The center of the property is marked by a functional water spout that runs to the main water line. This south side of the property still has a few remaining plants but is mostly clear and flat enough for the new owner to get creative with.
