Three Cedarpines Park parcels totaling a little over 9,100 square feet for $9,000. Less than a dollar a foot! Why so cheap? Well, there is a moratorium here in Cedarpines Park by the Mutual Water Co on new water shares. That means you can't get a water meter which means you pretty much can't build. You also cannot camp on the lots due to the SFR zoning. What can you do with it? Not much but wait and hope that someday the moratorium ends. Or, if you live nearby maybe pick of the lots for cheap now to insure that they are never developed. These are the only 2 reasons for purchasing I've come up with. Maybe you can come up with another.
