Kate Micucci, co-creator and co-star of comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates, has listed her 1,600-square-foot home in Los Angeles for $3.5 million.
"The Big Bang Theory" actress and her husband Jake Sinclair bought the three-bedroom vintage home in 2019 for $1.8 million.
According to the listing, they "completed a major restoration that returned the living room to its original size" and made other improvements.
The interior boasts shiplap walls and ceilings, new terrazzo floors, built-in bookshelves, many windows and new double-glazed doors.
The interesting floor plan includes a spacious dining area and a kitchen with custom cabinets and electric range.
The comfortable living room features a fireplace and sliding doors to the covered patio, pool and spa.
The Ito House, designed by architect Josef Van der Kar, was built in 1962.
The post-and-beam structure sits on an acre of land overlooking landscape architect Garrett Eckbo's Wonderland Park project in Laurel Canyon.
All bedrooms, including the master suite, have access to the pool. The backyard also has "extensive flat areas, lawns and gardens."
The detached garage has been converted into a pool house/home theatre. There is also a wood-panelled office with built-in cupboards next to the carport.
Micucci has also appeared in Scrubs and Raising Hope. She has also voiced the animated character Clayface in The Lego Batman Movie and Velma in the Scooby-Doo series.
