Bündchen is a supermodel with 21 million Instagram followers, a mother of two (with ex-husband and retired quarterback Tom Brady), and a new cookbook author. Now, she's added a real estate investor to her list of accomplishments.
According to the Wall Street Journal, her latest investment in a Southwest Florida ranch was purchased by an entity called Flamboyant Tree LLC, which has ties to Bündchen.
About a month ago, the nine-bedroom brick home in the equestrian town was listed for sale for $10.5 million. It is currently listed on Realtor.com®.
Bündchen has been on a home-buying spree. Last year, she paid $11.5 million for a five-bedroom home across the water from Brady's Indian Creek Island mansion.
The equestrian estate in Southwest Ranches sits on 7.5 acres about 30 miles northwest of Miami. According to the listing, there is a state-of-the-art equestrian rink, 10 stalls, a tennis court and a football field.
The main home is 5,183 square feet and was originally built in 1976 and has been extensively renovated.
The main floor has a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and a floating glass staircase.
The kitchen has quartz countertops, custom wood cabinets, an oversized island with breakfast bar, integrated refrigerator and oven, and a built-in bar.
The spectacular first floor master suite has a separate living room and a walk-in wardrobe.
Outdoor oasis features include tree-lined, illuminated pathways; an infinity pool with a hot tub; and a kitchen with a fire pit, pizza oven, grill and wine cooler.
The property also features a guest flat.
The sellers were represented by Chad Bishop and Saddy Abaunza Delgado of ONE Sotheby's International Realty, while the Bündchen entity was represented by Laura Valente of Global Luxury Realty LLC.
